The Kitchen Manager role at Prime Pizza is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the kitchen. This role offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, coupled with a quarterly bonus starting at 10%, reflecting the company’s emphasis on rewarding performance and operational success. The position demands a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, lively environment that requires full adherence to safety and sanitation laws. Working hours may include weekends, holidays, and shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

Job Requirements
- Be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- College degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Experience leading teams of 15-20 employees
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of kitchen management
- Experience training and leading teams of 15-20 employees
- Inventory ordering, receiving, and control experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of accountability
- Excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate a POS system
