The Kitchen Director also plays an instrumental role in supporting sales growth by ensuring food consistency and helping execute catering and promotional events.
Candidates for this role are expected to have at least two years of leadership or management experience in the food service or hospitality industry, with prior Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate inspires teams through example, embodies Chick-fil-A's values of excellence and integrity, and demonstrates the ability to analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings, physical ability to handle kitchen demands, and a commitment to a minimum two-year tenure are necessary for success in this leadership position.
