Tuk Took Bites is a vibrant and growing Indian food concept based in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 2021, the company has quickly gained recognition for serving authentic, fresh, and healthy Indian meals to the local community, with plans to expand to neighboring states and eventually on a national scale. Job Requirements
- Prior experience minimum 2 years in an Indian kitchen or commercial food setting or diploma/degree from a recognized culinary school
- strong knowledge of Indian regional cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques
- experience handling and cooking meats such as chicken, lamb, and fish
- ability to thrive in a high-speed food truck environment
- leadership skills
- strong communication
- team-first attitude
- U.S. work authorization is required

Job Duties
- Act as second-in-command in the kitchen
- lead Tikka Masala, Buttery Makhani, Vindaloo, Veg Curry, Chana Masala curry sauce preparation and train to work up to full time sous chef on staff
- supervise and train kitchen team members, maintaining professionalism and high morale in a compact, fast-paced environment
- uphold consistent quality in taste, presentation, and hygiene
- support inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- uphold food safety, hygiene standards, and overall quality control across all prep and service operations
- adapt recipes and methods to meet dietary restrictions, portion requirements, and service timelines
- train new staff and foster a positive, high-performance kitchen culture
