Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- professional training through culinary education or equivalent experience
- ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and wiping for extended periods
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain high hygiene standards
- effective multitasking and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- professional culinary training or equivalent experience in fast-paced fine dining or catering
- ability to work collaboratively with co-workers
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services
- familiarity with company service standards and inventory procedures
- basic knowledge of guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment
- proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- minimum of two to three years experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant
Job Duties
- coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations
- develop menus in accordance with nutritionist guidelines
- oversee kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- ensure cost-effective and efficient food preparation
