As a Design Consultant at 3 Day Blinds, you will play a vital role in helping clients select and customize window treatments that perfectly complement their living or working environments. You will receive extensive, world-class training over four weeks and ongoing coaching from leadership focused on helping you win and excel. Equipped with state-of-the-art tools such as a laptop, smartphone, product samples, and other resources vital to your success, you will be ready to deliver exceptional service and creative solutions. The compensation plan is generous and uncapped, enabling you to earn outstanding commissions and bonuses. On average, Design Consultants nationwide earn between $80,000 to $90,000 annually through a mix of commission and bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching, alongside short- and long-term disability insurance and paid parental leave. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel obligations.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full time including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to use technology and sales software proficiently
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- willingness to travel locally and occasionally further
- must be adaptable and open to learning and development

- background or passion in design and decor is a big advantage
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that help you win the sale
- quick learner, self-reliant, and resourceful while juggling multiple priorities
- understand instructions, ask smart questions, and keep the conversation positive and productive
