The role of a Hybrid Implementation Consultant at ADP is crucial in ensuring client success by delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. This position blends business consulting expertise with innovative technological solutions to provide clients with tailored implementations that meet their specific business needs. As a Hybrid Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert and lead workflow management for other consultants, guiding clients through complex system integrations and product solutions. This role requires a combination of analytical skills and project management capabilities to simplify complex information and develop client confidence in ADP’s offerings. The consultant acts as a liaison between the client and ADP, managing expectations, driving problem resolution, and delivering comprehensive solutions that help clients optimize their investment in ADP's products.

This hybrid role encourages collaboration with internal teams including sales and customer service associates to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes. The consultant is responsible for interpreting client requirements, analyzing existing systems and business processes, and recommending innovative solutions that leverage ADP’s expanding toolkit. The position also supports data accuracy in payroll and billing processes, facilitates client training and knowledge sharing, and promotes long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Salary ranges for this role typically vary from $69,300 to $129,200 annually, dependent on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation opportunities may include bonuses, commissions, or equity participation. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
at least 10 years of experience working in a client service or customer service environment
at least 5 years of business consulting experience
ability to maintain focus and manage multiple demands effectively
capable of working independently and collaboratively
strong client relationship building skills
understanding of ethical standards in a performance-based environment
ability to identify procedural issues and escalate them appropriately
learning agility and critical thinking ability
proficiency in web technologies and various operating systems
excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience working in a client service or customer service environment
at least 5 years of business consulting experience
bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands

Job Duties

Serve as subject matter expert
lead workflow for other consultants
serve as backup to the implementation manager
consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive product solution
guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
share knowledge and expertise to help lead specialists and lower level consultants
interpret issues and find creative solutions to help the business with their long term needs
analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
partner with client to understand their business related needs
incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending product solutions
utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate
understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
work proactively to provide information, best practices, and training on the ADP products
ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
build long term relationship and trust
interact and collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service
exchange routine information with members of client project team including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise
provide implementation services as defined in TotalSource Implementation Methodology using standardized processes, tools, and deliverables
ensure accurate and timely completion of all data entry and wage information
provide customer services to phone inquiries from clients, internal associates and other functional departments
resolve client payroll issues in a timely manner by utilizing appropriate resources and proper channels
produce various reports for both clients and Implementation Management
monitor clarify cases and follows SLA
work no pay reports and I-9 reports for compliance
