The Housekeeping Supervisor role at WorldMark Scottsdale Resort is a crucial position within the housekeeping department. This full-time supervisory role is based in Central Phoenix, Arizona, and is designed for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality in a resort setting. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for directing and inspecting the work of housekeeping staff, including housekeepers and housemen, to ensure compliance with established quality assurance processes. This includes guaranteeing that cleanliness standards meet or exceed expectations, supporting loss prevention initiatives, and upholding safety procedures throughout the resort.

In this role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will collaborate closely with the housekeeping and resort leadership teams to manage staffing levels and optimize scheduling for maximum productivity. The successful candidate will bring at least one year of related housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Hospitality customer service experience within the housekeeping discipline is also valued, reflecting the company’s commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
