Job Description

Paws Up Montana is a premier luxury ranch resort that captures and embodies the spirit of the American West. Family-owned and award-winning, this exclusive destination inspires both guests and team members alike with its commitment to unmatched hospitality and extraordinary experiences. Located in the vast and scenic landscapes of Montana, Paws Up offers an immersive wilderness experience combined with the comforts and luxuries of a high-end resort. The ranch features distinctive accommodations including the famed Green o and Glamping tents, making it a sought-after destination for those looking to experience nature without sacrificing elegance or comfort.

The Housekeeping Manager role at Paws Up Montana is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the resort maintains its high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout all guest spaces. This includes the management of the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional service, maintaining quality control, and driving operational efficiencies in daily activities. The manager oversees inspections of accommodations and public spaces to guarantee that every area reflects the lavish nature and pristine environment that guests expect.

In this role, the Housekeeping Manager plays a vital part in crafting memorable guest experiences by ensuring all areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming. Leadership involves inspiring and motivating the team through daily briefings, providing ongoing training, and coordinating corrective actions when necessary to uphold Paws Up's standards. The manager is also expected to collaborate closely with other departments to align operational goals and enhance guest satisfaction fully.

Flexibility is essential in this role, as the Housekeeping Manager must be ready to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the needs of the hospitality industry. Beyond managing the team, the position also requires hands-on cleaning during low occupancy times or when staffing is short. A customer-service-oriented mindset is critical since direct interaction with guests occasionally occurs, requiring professionalism and responsiveness to requests.

Paws Up Montana offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, paid time off, career development opportunities, life insurance, long and short-term disability coverage, and an employee assistance program. Additional perks include referral bonuses, carpool reimbursements, employee discounts on merchandise, and provided lunches. This position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, leadership, and dedicated to delivering world-class service in a unique and inspiring setting. If you are ready to join a dynamic team committed to excellence and natural beauty, Paws Up Montana invites you to apply and become part of their distinguished community.
