The role of Housekeeping Inspector at Paws Up Montana is a critical leadership position focused on maintaining and elevating the resort's renowned standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and presentation. Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Valid driver's license with minimum two years of driving experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous housekeeping experience

Job Duties

  • Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity warmth and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality
  • Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards
  • Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation
  • Maintain consistent communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met
  • Perform housekeeper duties as needed particularly during periods of low occupancy or reduced staffing
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings weekends holidays and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry
  • Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while delivering personalized hospitality
  • Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time
  • Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management
