The role of Housekeeping Inspector at Paws Up Montana is a critical leadership position focused on maintaining and elevating the resort's renowned standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and presentation. Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of hospitality standards
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license with minimum two years of driving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment
- Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous housekeeping experience
- A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience
Job Duties
- Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity warmth and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality
- Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards
- Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain consistent communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met
- Perform housekeeper duties as needed particularly during periods of low occupancy or reduced staffing
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings weekends holidays and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry
- Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while delivering personalized hospitality
- Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time
- Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management
