Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization at all times
  • Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive clean and comfortable environment
  • Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms common areas and laundry facilities
  • Follow community policies and procedures related to housekeeping and sanitation
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
