Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive clean and comfortable environment
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms common areas and laundry facilities
- Follow community policies and procedures related to housekeeping and sanitation
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
