Known for its elevated dining experiences led by renowned celebrity chef Richard Blais, the resort proudly reflects the rich cultural heritage and diverse flavors of the region. This beautifully designed property is dedicated to providing guests with a unique and memorable stay through exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and captivating amenities.

The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is part of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, a globally recognized hospitality brand with a legacy dating back to 1957. Hyatt is celebrated for its commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and care, turning everyday jobs into meaningful careers and guests’ visits into enriching journeys. At Hyatt, colleagues are considered family, and the company’s continuous growth is matched by its dedication to people and community. Colleagues enjoy opportunities for international career advancement and professional development, supported by comprehensive benefits and a nurturing work environment.

The Room Attendant/Housekeeper role at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests expect. The position offers a starting rate of $20.00 per hour and provides opportunities to earn additional compensation through gratuities given at the discretion of guests. This role is ideal for individuals with previous cleaning experience and strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include preparing guests’ rooms by cleaning and making extra beds such as sofas and roll-aways, ensuring that all areas are tidy, sanitized, and welcoming. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift moderate weights and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.

You will be part of a team that upholds Hyatt’s core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing. Working at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort offers not only a chance to contribute to a world-class hospitality experience but also the opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and innovative workplace. The company places great emphasis on employee training, wellness, and career advancement. Benefits for full-time colleagues include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, tuition and wellness reimbursements up to $1,000 annually, an employee stock purchase plan, and discounts at a variety of retailers. Additionally, employees enjoy complimentary meals in the employee dining hall, free covered parking, and discounted or complimentary hotel room nights.

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts values diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a completed background check are required for all candidates.

If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are eager to work in a vibrant hospitality setting that values teamwork and professional growth, the Room Attendant/Housekeeper position at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort presents an exciting career opportunity.
