The Housekeeper position at Phoenix Rehab and Nursing Center is available for both full-time and part-time shifts, primarily scheduled during day hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing a variety of cleaning and upkeep duties that align with healthcare standards. Housekeepers will be responsible for routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and replenishing linens. The ability to respond swiftly and efficiently to housekeeping requests and maintain close attention to detail supports the overall quality and satisfaction experienced within the facility.

Offering a competitive fixed pay rate of $17.87 per hour, this position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in a healthcare setting. Existing housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory as Crothall offers training for motivated candidates.
