Job Description
The Hourly Manager Training Program offers an excellent pathway for individuals aspiring to develop their careers in restaurant management within a dynamic and established restaurant company. This program is designed for motivated, dependable, and coachable candidates who possess some management experience and who are eager to grow and advance into leadership roles. The company operates a chain of restaurants situated in multiple locations, including Austell, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Morrow, Norcross, Powder Springs, Rockmart, and Villa Rica. Each location benefits from a focus on delivering high-quality service and fresh food in a welcoming environment.
As a participant in this paid approximately 5-week training program, candidates gain hands-on experience with restaurant operations, leadership development, and operational management skills that are vital to successfully managing a restaurant. The training focuses on preparing individuals to fulfill the responsibilities of daily restaurant management effectively, including team leadership, staff development, and operational oversight. Upon graduation from the program, participants will be placed in a restaurant location according to business needs and will continue to gain final approvals to serve as Hourly Managers.
The position offers a consistent work schedule, with restaurants open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sundays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Adherence to health and safety codes is a priority; thus, candidates with facial hair must comply with strict grooming policies in line with health requirements. This role requires a flexible and disciplined approach to managing varying daily operational challenges and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates can expect to engage in multiple facets of restaurant management, ranging from hiring, training, and coaching staff to managing inventory and sales reports. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 3 to 12 months of management experience
- Ability to work within restaurant hours of operations
- Compliance with facial hair health code requirements (must be closely shaven or shaved completely)
- Willingness to undergo paid training program
- Availability to be assigned to various restaurant locations based on business needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent or technical training preferred
- 3 to 12 months of management experience
- Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operation
- Ability to perform and train in all restaurant positions

Job Duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
- Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
- Enforce and maintain adherence to policies and procedures
- Produce fresh, high quality food
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement daily work schedules
- Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
- Maintain attendance records
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
- Other duties as assigned
