Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of related hospitality management experience
  • Valid drivers license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
  • Preferred 2-year degree and basic computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Conversational or proficient in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a 100% commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our guests
  • Resolve all guest-related issues in a manner consistent with the companys goals and objectives
  • Ensure all rooms meet the highest cleanliness standards and maintain excellent condition in public areas and grounds
  • Conduct inspections of guest-ready rooms daily
  • Manage ESA Brand Standards, always seeking continuous improvement
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, screening, and hiring procedures
  • Onboard and train new associates in compliance with training protocols
