The manager will be responsible for communication and coordination with other departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to align guest service goals and operational workflows. The role requires knowledge of safety and security protocols, emergency procedures, and the ability to enforce corporate policies to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees alike. The manager will also be tasked with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, payroll oversight, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and labor models to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

Candidates are expected to bring a supervisory background with experience in hotel operations, knowledge of property management systems, and excellent organizational skills. The role requires physical stamina for standing long hours and occasionally handling lifting duties as part of operational support. Flexibility in work hours is also necessary, with occasional shifts covering holidays, weekends, and evenings. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about hospitality leadership, committed to delivering excellent guest service, and capable of contributing to the hotel's continued success and brand standards compliance.
