  • Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and vendor relationships

Job Duties

  • Direct all culinary operations across restaurant(s), banquets, and in-room dining
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule BOH team including sous chefs, line cooks, and stewards
  • Oversee menu development, seasonal updates, and guest-facing culinary initiatives
  • Maintain brand standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
  • Monitor kitchen operations for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgets, forecasting, and guest satisfaction strategy
