Job Duties
- Direct all culinary operations across restaurant(s), banquets, and in-room dining
- Lead, mentor, and schedule BOH team including sous chefs, line cooks, and stewards
- Oversee menu development, seasonal updates, and guest-facing culinary initiatives
- Maintain brand standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
- Monitor kitchen operations for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgets, forecasting, and guest satisfaction strategy
