The Assistant General Manager position at our South of Raleigh property is an exciting leadership role designed for a seasoned hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service and operational excellence. This role involves close partnership with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive hotel performance, and lead various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that guest satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceeded, revenue management goals are achieved, and team members are developed into high-performing contributors.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in hotel management or equivalent leadership roles
  • strong understanding of hotel operations and guest satisfaction metrics
  • ability to lead teams across multiple departments

  • familiarity with budgeting and labor management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • willingness to relocate if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of hotel management experience including department head or assistant general manager roles
  • proven leadership in front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
  • strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles
  • excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience with Hilton-branded or other major hotel franchise systems preferred
  • proven track record in developing high-performing teams and improving guest satisfaction
