Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills including English proficiency
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- comfortable using computer systems
- availability for flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Greet guests and warmly welcome them to the restaurant upon arrival
- make all guests feel comfortable and assure them of personalized care
- know regular guests by name and understand their preferences and needs
- manage the waitlist by recording guest names and party sizes and providing estimated wait times
- seat guests according to their preferences while balancing customer flow
- present menus to guests upon seating and ensure tables are clean and tidy
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return soon
