Currently, Fogo de Chão is hiring for the position of Host/Hostess/Greeter. This role is essential in shaping the guest experience by being the first point of contact for customers entering the restaurant. The Host or Hostess welcomes each guest warmly and professionally, ensuring a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities include seating guests at appropriate tables, organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of the front lobby, managing multiple demands simultaneously, and bidding farewell to guests with a positive impression. Additionally, team members in this role handle opening and closing shift duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.

The position requires employees who can comfortably stand for long periods and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is important, as these are peak times for the hospitality industry. The starting pay ranges between $16.90 and $19.90 per hour, depending on prior relevant experience. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, which become available after 60 days of employment starting the subsequent first day of the month. The company also provides life insurance and short-term disability coverage where applicable, along with a suite of voluntary benefits such as critical illness protection, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance.
