Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working on foot for long periods
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome
  • Manage the seating and reservation process efficiently
  • Ensure the dining area is organized and guests are seated comfortably and promptly
  • Coordinate with the restaurant staff to facilitate smooth guest service
  • Handle guest inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and presentable host station
  • Uphold the restaurant’s Be FAIR ideals by delivering friendly and respectful service
