Job Requirements
- Bringing an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand throughout shifts and remain at assigned stations during busy periods
- Ability to perform tasks requiring continuous movement such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with others
- Previous restaurant experience encouraged but not required
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties
- Own the door by welcoming every guest with a warm and genuine smile
- Manage the flow by overseeing table availability and waitlists while providing accurate wait times
- Escort guests to their tables while engaging in friendly conversation and anticipating seating preferences
- Answer the phone and provide helpful information about the menu, hours, or directions
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu and confidently offer recommendations to guests
- Keep the host stand clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Communicate effectively with managers and servers to meet guest needs promptly
