Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic proficiency in handling reservations and wait lists
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer skills for reservation and waitlist management
- Positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Minimum age of 17 years
Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables ensuring comfortable seating arrangements
- Take reservations and manage wait lists during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Communicate effectively with other team members to optimize guest experience
- Ensure adherence to Red Robin’s hospitality standards and service protocols
- Address guest inquiries courteously and efficiently
