As a Care Professional / CNA at Brightwood Health, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on delivering personal care services that make a tangible difference in the lives of clients. Reporting to the Care Manager and other healthcare professionals, you will have responsibilities that include both direct and indirect care to monitor and enhance client health and comfort. This role involves following detailed care plans, maintaining open lines of communication with supervisors, and adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards. You will be expected to observe clients for any changes in condition and report these promptly to ensure optimal care.

This position is offered on a full-time or part-time basis with a competitive pay rate between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour.
