Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a head housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role within a formal private residence
Leadership skills with the ability to train, support, and supervise staff
Strong understanding of luxury home standards, cleaning protocols, and high-end materials
Expertise in formal laundry, pressing, and closet organization
Knowledge of formal table service, including napkin folding and place settings
Must be proactive, discreet, and have exceptional attention to detail
Able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Must be able to travel to North Florida Keys on select weekends

Job Duties

Lead and supervise the daily tasks of the housekeeping team, ensuring standards of excellence are consistently met
Implement, maintain, and improve protocols based on the household manual
Train housekeeping staff in formal service standards and proper care of fine finishes, fabrics, and furnishings
Perform and delegate all general and deep cleaning duties throughout the residence
Oversee laundry operations, including hand-washing delicate garments, ironing men's dress shirts and linens, and proper closet organization
Ensure high standards in the kitchen including dishwashing support and end-of-day cleaning in coordination with the chef
Provide support for packing/unpacking for travel, wardrobe maintenance, and minor clothing repairs
