Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
- able to work 50 to 55 hours per week
- knowledgeable in food, beverage, and service operations
- ability to adhere to Snooze's policies and procedures
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food and beverage
- excellent basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems
- strong communication skills in the dominant language of the service area
- proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- experience managing food cost and inventory
- capability to create a positive and productive work environment
Job Duties
- lead all kitchen functions including food purchasing, storage, and inventory
- train all kitchen staff in cooking methods, plate presentation, portion control, cost management, and cleanliness
- develop and manage kitchen schedules to meet production demands while maintaining labor costs
- maintain food quality standards according to Snooze guidelines
- conduct regular tastings to ensure product consistency
- collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless service flow and address guest feedback
- assist with opening and closing duties in both kitchen and dining areas
