Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a kitchen manager or head chef
  • Proven skills in training kitchen staff
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Experience with authentic Southeast Asian dishes and flavor profiles preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong budgeting and labor/food cost allocation skills
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed

Job Duties

  • Hire, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement new and exciting menus that wow our guests
  • Ensure proper food preparation, equipment operation, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
  • Create schedules for maintenance of kitchen and back-of-house equipment
