Job Requirements

Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work at a quick pace

Job Qualifications

Experience in a culinary leadership role preferred
Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff

Strong organizational and communication skills
Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus

Job Duties

Effective management of staff
Facilitate a stable, orderly, and reliable work environment
Evaluate menu and adjust as needed
Uphold food quality and presentation standards
Ensure kitchen follows proper storage, labeling, food preparation, and safety protocols
Collaborate with waitstaff
Be responsible for kitchen culture and best practices
Build your kitchen team through interviewing, hiring, providing performance improvement, and disciplinary action
