Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years progressive culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a head chef or executive chef role
- Proven experience designing and managing commercial kitchen buildout or renovation
- Ability to create diverse and high-quality menus for groups of over 50 people
- Strong leadership skills managing and motivating kitchen teams
- Excellent organizational and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years progressive culinary experience including 2 years as head or executive chef
- Proven experience with commercial kitchen design and management
- Skilled in creating diverse menus for large employee groups
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and budget management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health code compliance
- Experience in corporate dining or large-scale catering preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients ideal
- Background in multi-site kitchen operations or catering services advantageous
- Proficiency in kitchen design collaboration preferred
- Established vendor relationships in the Las Vegas area helpful
Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen buildout and design in collaboration with architects and contractors
- Create innovative and diverse menus for onsite and multiple location employees
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled kitchen team
- Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Develop and manage budgets for food, labor, and equipment
- Plan and execute catering for corporate events and special occasions
- Ensure kitchen compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
