Two years of food service management experience
ServSafe certification
Ability to work day shifts
Ability to commute to San Diego, CA 92115

Experience working under notable chefs or reputable establishments
Proficiency in protein and fish butchery
Ability to develop menus and source ingredients from broad-line purveyors and local suppliers
Strong communication and leadership skills
Coachable and proactive attitude
ServSafe certification

Job Duties
