This full-time Chef role allows you to run your own kitchen within our concept, giving you the autonomy to write your own menus, manage purchasing, and lead your team with a professional attitude. We seek a candidate with at least four years of culinary experience spanning classical and modern/progressive cuisines, ideally trained under notable chefs or in prominent establishments. You will have a strong foundation in protein and fish butchery, as well as expertise in cooking for guests with dietary restrictions. Menu development and procurement skills are essential. You will source ingredients from broad-line purveyors as well as local suppliers, aiming to uphold and improve the cuisine that defines our success.

Your role will involve owning the creative direction, cleanliness, and flow of your kitchen while fostering a positive team environment energized by your attitude and communication skills. We appreciate humility and proactive coaching, encouraging questions and continuous learning to maintain high standards. As a self-starter who takes pride in your culinary craft and delivering happiness through food, you'll find this position fulfilling and aligned with your professional goals. Compensation starts at $1,400 per week, with additional bonus opportunities and overtime pay.
