Job Requirements
- Culinary experience of at least 4 years
- Food service management experience of at least 2 years
- Ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90024
- Full-time availability
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Commitment to maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in culinary arts specializing in classical and modern/progressive cuisines
- Proven skills in protein and fish butchery
- Experience in menu development and ingredient sourcing
- Ability to cook for guests with dietary restrictions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Coachable and proactive attitude
- Experience working under notable chefs or esteemed culinary establishments
Job Duties
- Run your own kitchen managing all aspects from menu creation to purchasing
- Develop and write original menus reflecting classical and modern/progressive cuisine influences
- Execute protein and fish butchery skills proficiently
- Prepare dishes catering to dietary restrictions
- Source ingredients from broad-line purveyors and local suppliers
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff fostering a positive team environment
