Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary leadership experience preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of start
  • must be at least 18 years old

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • culinary degree or higher education preferred
  • basic computer skills necessary
  • data entry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Design a rotating menu that reflects resident preferences and feedback
  • craft memorable meal experiences for residents and guests
  • showcase various cooking styles and ensure visually appealing dish presentations
  • receive daily feedback from residents to improve service
  • assist in recruiting, selecting, scheduling, and training culinary and dining team members
  • embody core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence in all interactions
