Maxime's is set to become New York City's premier private member's club, opening its doors in early 2025. Founded by renowned entrepreneur Robin Birley, who also owns the prestigious private member's clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald's in London, Maxime's aims to bring an unparalleled level of hospitality to its members. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to join our culinary team. The Head Chef will work closely with the Executive Head Chef to craft a Mediterranean-inspired menu that embodies creativity, high quality, and exceptional taste. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every dish served meets the club's exceptional standards. The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and safety while fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment where culinary staff can thrive and develop their skills. The Head Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring continuous improvement and aligning with the club's mission to provide discreet yet outstanding service.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in fine dining leading pastry teams
- possession of NYC Food Protection Certificate
- previous management experience
