Boddie-Noell values leaders who demonstrate integrity, positivity, and a strong work ethic. They offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and staff meal discounts. The company also supports employee well-being through programs like an employee assistance fund and corporate chaplaincy services. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a rewarding career with ample opportunity for advancement and personal growth in a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have two years of management experience, and possess strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends is required. Veterans and those with military experience are especially encouraged to apply. This is a full-time role with weekly pay, designed for those who are eager to make a difference every day while developing valuable business and leadership skills in the fast-paced restaurant industry.
