This full-time position operates mainly from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM but requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work full time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an asset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of experience working in hotel housekeeping considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly
- Ensure all guest rooms meet Four Seasons cleanliness and presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
