Job Requirements

Fluent in English
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Flexible schedule to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including standing and lifting
Availability to work full-time hours
Willingness to comply with Four Seasons' standards and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms and bathrooms efficiently to the highest standards
Respond promptly and courteously to guest housekeeping requests
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
Ensure all guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities
Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and order before guest arrival
Collaborate with team members to uphold hotel cleanliness and safety standards
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security
