The role of Guest Services Ambassador at Fashion Island is pivotal in elevating the guest experience through proactive and exceptional customer service. As the primary ambassador of Fashion Island, this position is responsible for creating an inviting and friendly environment that caters to the diverse needs of visitors. The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests and providing them with detailed information about the center, including directions, store offerings, restaurant options, and ongoing events. This proactive engagement aims to exceed guest expectations consistently, ensuring a positive, memorable visit.

In addition to providing welcoming assistance, the role involves handling a variety of guest requests efficiently and according to established policies. This requires an ongoing, in-depth knowledge of the Fashion Island retail and dining landscape, assisting guests with inquiries promptly and professionally. The position also encompasses responsibilities such as processing gift card sales and managing reconciliation reporting, which demands accuracy and attention to detail.
