Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in boutique or upscale dining establishments
- proficiency in English communication
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts
- willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check
- physical ability to perform essential job functions including mobility and manual dexterity
- commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- at least three years of progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- deep understanding of fine dining culture and hospitality standards
- proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- fluency in English required, Spanish fluency a plus
- ability to maintain high standards under pressure
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction
- hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment
- maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring
- manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination
- uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
- build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests
