Job Requirements
- A deep enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering extraordinary service
- Skilled at communication with guests, team members, and senior leadership
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and cultivate high-performing teams
- Understanding of budgets, cost control, and financial statements
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of three years progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry, preferably in boutique or upscale dining
- Must meet physical demands of the role including regular communication, manual dexterity, mobility, exposure to kitchen environments, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and vision requirements
- Must undergo comprehensive background check upon offer acceptance as a condition of employment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment
- Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
- Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests
