Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years experience in co-working or hotel industry preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience in hospitality or customer service
- 2 years administrative or business operations experience
- Ability to work full-time onsite without remote option
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years experience in the co-working industry or hotel industry strongly preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience in hospitality or in-person customer service required
- 2 years of administrative or business operations required

Job Duties
- Main point of contact at location for members and guests
- Answer phones and respond to voicemails
- Address and resolve member issues, complaints, and feedback
- Book meeting rooms for members and guests
- Plan and execute member events
- Develop partnerships in the local community that benefit CENTRL members
- Open and close the space
- Create systems that increase efficiency and organization
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of space
- Manage budget with monthly expenses
- Own all vendor relationships
- Order supplies and amenities and manage inventory
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Manage Community Associate
- Provide tours to walk-ins and when the Sales team is unavailable
- Oversee new member onboarding and offboarding process
- Process daily invoices and monthly bill runs
