This role requires a presence during key business hours with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. General Managers are expected to work up to 45 hours per week, with a schedule designed to cover the busiest times to guarantee smooth operations. Additionally, physical requirements include the ability to handle labor-intensive tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in food service or retail
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- valid work authorization
