Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager in full service hotel operations
- Marriott and resort experience preferred
- Strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
- Excellent leadership abilities including hiring mentoring and team motivation
