Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- able to stand and move for most of the shift
- willing to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the food service industry preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to problem-solve and make decisions
- commitment to promoting food safety
- ability to balance operational metrics with financial goals
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
