Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice leadership experience including café and catering operations
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and profit and loss
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passionate about hospitality and client service
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multifaceted operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of foodservice leadership experience with both café operations and catering at medium to high volume
  • Proven success in budget management and P&L oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality and desire to grow within a best-in-class foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations ensuring excellence in both café service and catering events
  • Oversee P&L budgeting scheduling payroll hiring and HR functions
  • Partner closely with the executive chef to design seasonal menus and execute culinary programs
  • Maintain and grow strong client partnerships while exceeding guest expectations
  • Inspire and develop your team fostering a culture of service creativity and accountability
