Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of fine dining management experience

- Strong communication skills and a polished presence with an eye for refined yet welcoming hospitality
Job Duties
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations ensuring excellence in service cuisine and ambiance
- Mentor support and inspire a team of managers and staff upholding a culture of professionalism care and hospitality
- Manage budgets labor inventory and costs with a sharp eye and strategic mind
- Host guests resolve concerns with finesse and create moments that keep people coming back
- Engage in staff development education and training while contributing ideas that move the restaurant forward
- Maintain the integrity of operational systems including Restaurant365 reservation management scheduling and invoicing while keeping the vibe elevated and seamless
- Oversee live entertainment wine and spirits programming and seasonal menu updates with flair and creativity
