We are currently seeking a motivated General Manager to join our team and lead one of our thriving locations. This role offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, along with performance-based bonus opportunities. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring financial success, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role is designed around real work-life balance, with typical hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus, emphasizing quality service and team collaboration.

You will work closely with your team during shifts to ensure every guest receives delicious, fresh food served with enthusiasm and a smile.
