Job Requirements

- Must have work authorization documents for United States
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for daily staff supervision for Housekeeping, Laundry, Public Areas, and Guest Reception operations
- Supervise daily cleaning of guestrooms, public areas and laundry areas in multiple locations ensuring all staff meet quality standards
- Assign housekeeping room attendants for multiple locations daily to ensure guest rooms are prepared to meet early check-in requests and all rooms are cleaned by an agreed upon arrival time
- Develop and implement guest service initiatives and standards to enhance the overall guest experience
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve guest communication
- Work closely with Front Desk in keeping room status reports up to date
- Obtain vacancy, arrivals, departure, and special requests forms from Guest Reception and assign to staff as needed
- Conduct daily checks of rooms to ensure cleanliness and timing standards are met
- Check for items in need of repair and report to Hotel Operations Manager
- Address and correct maintenance issues, staff shortages, and equipment needs
- Ensure all department work scheduling meets adequate staffing levels
- Follow operational and shift change procedures
- Follow lost and found procedures ensuring all items are labelled and logged
- Greet guests and respond to guest concerns and requests
- Provide input regarding employee performance issues
- Complete monthly linen and supply inventory when requested
- Assist in laundry and housekeeping as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
