Job Requirements
- Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent education and experience
- minimum of three years culinary management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credential
- knowledge of state and CMS regulations
- familiarity with IDDSI
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to travel around Rochester campus
- availability to work variable schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail and catering services
- planning menus based on various factors, such as market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations
- conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service
- directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff
- participating in meal preparation as assigned
- ensuring compliance with state and CMS regulations
- managing inventory and ordering supplies
