Job Description
Our company is a well-established healthcare provider specializing in optometry services. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a compassionate and professional approach. As a healthcare facility, our mission is to enhance our patients' vision and overall eye health by providing comprehensive optometric services in a welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on maintaining a state-of-the-art office equipped with the latest optical technology and staffed by dedicated professionals who strive to create a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk in.
Currently, we are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time hourly basis. This position is pivotal as the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring a smooth, efficient flow throughout their appointment. The role requires an individual who enjoys helping people and can deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple administrative tasks. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, payment processing, and maintain accurate patient records. Additionally, you will support the office workflow by collaborating with the doctors, technicians, and optical staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that the administrative aspects of patient care run seamlessly. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask effectively will contribute significantly to our patients' satisfaction and the overall success of our practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, grow your skills, and be part of a team dedicated to improving community eye health.
