We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of service between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. As a Food Runner, you will work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth operations during busy shifts, supporting the overall service quality and guest satisfaction. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $22.00, reflecting experience and performance. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong communication skills
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety practices
A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
Ensure that all orders are complete and presented in accordance with our restaurant standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Support servers by refilling drinks and providing additional items as needed
Help maintain an organized flow of food service during peak hours
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction
