As a family-owned and operated establishment, JOEY prioritizes a welcoming and creative workplace, emphasizing training, education, and empowerment of its team members. The group is committed to inclusivity, equal opportunity employment, and offering reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants, ensuring a supportive environment for all colleagues. With growth and expansion plans extending through 2030, JOEY continues to build on its reputation for excellence and innovation.
The role of the Food Runner at JOEY Restaurants plays a critical part in maintaining seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This position is hourly paid at a base wage of $17.75 and is eligible to participate in the company tip pool, with average tips ranging from $3.00 to $10.00 per hour, providing a competitive earning opportunity. The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen or expo line to the serving staff with genuine warmth and care.
